Out of Season Lacrosse

Super Juniors Try outs: This Sunday is the Super Jrs tryouts. It is a fun, competitive league that competes in tournaments throughout the summer. It is highly scouted by college recruiters. It is an excellent opportunity to show off your skills and get your name out to colleges.

The banquet is a pot luck style affair, where each grade contributes:

Sophomores: Salad and bread

DARTMOUTH 13, FALMOUTH 6

Maggie Schoening scored four goals, while Jenna Custodio had three goals and two assists, as the Indians outscored Falmouth 8-1 in the second half and raised their season record to 6-10.

"Our defense shut them down. Alyssa Arruda shut down their top scorer," said Dartmouth coach Laura Magno. "They scored 15 goals on us last time. (Our) passing was beautiful, but it all started with defense causing turnovers."

Dartmouth also got two goals each from Cassie Benoit and Hanna Bogen.

The Indians host Martha's Vineyard today at 3:30 p.m.

Monday - 4pm home game against MV. Varsity arrive at 3pm, JV no later than 4pm.

Tuesday - 4pm home game against Nantucket is the last home game and therefore senior day. Varsity please arrive early to take team pictures!

Bring all your lax gear to school the next day, as the bus is not going to the middle school.

Wed - 1:40pm dismissal for the 4pm Mansfield game. Reminder that you MUST SIGN OUT with Mrs. Lyons and not the security desk. A 1:40pm dismissal means you may leave your class at 1:40pm for the 1:50pm bus. The bus will not be going to the middle school.

Thursday - Away game at Barnstable is a 1:40pm dismissal for the 1:50pm bus. The bus is not going to the middle school so bring your gear to school on Wed.

We are in attempts to re-schedule the game for Thursday if we eligible for tournament.

Sunday - Varsity arrive at the field 1pm for the 2pm start against Falmouth at home. JV arrive at 2pm for the start of the varsity game and warm ups in the second half.

Practice for varsity and JV have been canceled today Wednesday 5/13. Use this time to recover from Psychology and Literature APs, study for World AP, showoff skills at the art show, and rest up before 6 days in a row!!

Thurs - Last regular season practice of the year.

Fri - Away game against Sandwich. 1:35pm dismissal, please inform your block 4 teachers.

Sat - 10:30am away game against Barnsatble. Bus will leave the middle school at 8:30am so please get there by 8:15am.
